Formation day of COMMECT!

As mentioned yesterday, I went to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM for short) this morning to register my new company. For those who don't know where SSM is, it is located at the 2nd floor of The Mall at KL.

The entire process is quite plain simple. All you need to get prepared & bring along is some money (minimum RM70 for 1 year registration), at least 3 desired company names (one as the main & another two as backup in case the 1st one is not available), a pen (preferably in black color) & one photocopy IC (front & back, anyway no worries as there are shops around there which can provide photocopy service) together with IC for later inspection. My advice is simple: Go early & best is do it yourself. You might noticed there are many people gathered there trying to offer assistance on the application but hey, since it's so simple & only takes about 1 1/2 hour, do it yourself.

1st step when you arrived is get the application form and fill in all required fields which has * indication. It's ok if you're lost as there are inquiry counter which can assist. You will only get the waiting number once you've proven to completed the form. Wait for your turn & make the necessary payment (minimum 1 year, however currently they have offer where you can pay less for 3 year on a roll). Wait again for about 30-40 mins (for normal crowd), meanwhile you can go & ask at counter 1 to see whether your certificate is ready or not as there are times they're too busy & no time to call you for collection. If it is ready, just show them your receipt of payment & you get the cert.

That's all you need to do if you are going to apply for sole ownership company, for those who planned to run a biz with more than 1 owner ( max 3 person, if exceed you need to apply for Sdn. Bhd. at another floor which has diff procedure), best if all owners be present during the application (bring along the IC).

OK, now I need to move to another phase where I need to work on new name card & official website. Well, busy days ahead.......

New Fresh Start!

Today is the 1st day I work as my company's permanent employee!~ Well yeah I'll be on full time & will be working on my company's official website soon but I need to register a new company 1st...... Ok, that will be the task I need to accomplish tomorrow.

Trying to recall yesterday as my last working day for my most recent ex-company, I do feel a bit hard since I'm the only IT tech support they have & they really seem to depend on me alot (I'm not hao lian) as I do tried my best to assist...... Still I guess I need to let go anyway if I really decided to start my own biz. Just wanna say thanks to all ex-colleagues who helped me during my service :)

If you ask me whether I do feel insecure & lost now? I guess I'll be a bit insecure since for sure my income will solely rely on my effort from now on, but I'm definitely not lost as I have plans on hand which I feel I might be lack of time to accomplish all in one short! All I can say is I'll accomplish things step by step as I've planned the sequence :)

For sure I look forward a busy life ahead with excitement & optimistic as I strongly believe this is the nature force which will lead me to what I've dream for. BTW, I'll be starting my sharing on my most recent trip to Chiang Mai so for those who interested, stay tune OK?

Moment after watching SURROGATES

Just watched Surrogates yesterday at the cinema near my place. Although it takes 1 1/2 hour to finish, it is definitely one of the best movies I would recommend to other.

I try not to be spoiler, just wanna share some of the highlights: As you may know, Bruce Willis (who looks so young thanks to advanced tech touch-up as you can see on above photo from popcritics.com) is the main actor who is a detective in a near future where almost all humans tend to occupy a replacement robot which is known as Surrogates. All seems work out fine until there was an incident where 2 users where killed while they're plug in to their Surrogates thus our hero Bruce comes in & started the investigation which leads to the big conspiracy.

I like the movie not only because of the motions & stunt performances, but most importantly the concept where there is a big possibility human will favor such implications (Surrogates usage). The initial intention seems very noble & decent (e.g no discrimination, racism, disabilities is not a big concern), however there are many other negative impacts toward the society as well where the worse part is lack of actual spiritual contact which only can be carry out among actual human form......

Just wondering if there is one day you marry to a beautiful lady but soon you find out the so-called SHE is a Surrogates controlled by a fat potato couch guy...... (For hell sure I dun want that!)

Hello World!!!

So happy that I'm gonna start blogging like most of the people around the world. Please don't laugh if I said I'm from IT background but just starting to blog :P. I know such reasons like no time la, no idea la...... is lame, I know. That's why I've plans to start it as one of the commitment in my life which seems very inspiring for me :)

Just for preview purpose as I'll be placing my posts on some memorable trips which I've been so far since I starting to enjoy the photo snapping for the moments. Some will be at local & some will be at foreign country. Do allow me to have some time to sort out all the things for better presentation & hopefully can get +ve feedback from all of you, ok?
